Looking For Free Billing software.

Anyone know of any free programs like modernbill, or clientexec? Trying to find me a free one for Ubuntu or even windows. Pretty much need a program to handle support tickets, billing things like that. Thanks for any help.

I use Bamboo Invoice (http://bambooinvoice.org/) which is web based but open source and relatively easy to install. I use a separate web based application for support tickets, Redmine, but there are lots out there that may not be so development centric.
