I am trying to remove Avant from my computer, but it doesn't recognize it as being installed in both Add/Remove and also Synaptic. What do I do?

    Lol.

I'll watch Avant and wait for a more stable release to show up. Cool software, it just isn't playing nicely with me.

After this morning's update of the awn applets (from the reacocard ppa repo) the Cairo Clock applet is not loading. Any ideas?

EDIT: This is a bug and a fix is in the works.

I just realized that the tsclient applet is gone from AWN. I tried reinstalling the awn extras library, but no joy. Does anyone know what happened to the tsclient applet? Is anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: I guess this explains it. Bummer.

Re: HOWTO: functional eye-candy with Avant-Window-Navigator

    Hi!

My only problem with AWN was that when I had Firefox open and wanted to click on a link which was in the very bottom of the page, I couldn't cause AWN was covering it.

So I set AWN to autohide when not used, but then I missed it, I like to see AWN all the time and there are only a few sites which has links in the very bottom.

So I'm wondering if there's an applet or some key combination or something with which I could hide AWN with just a click and then make it come back again simply.
