    Hardy Release

Would it be a good idea to make a big huge announcement here in the forums to use BitTorrent and also directly posting the .torrent files for the desktop and alternate version for downloading Hardy on the release day and maybe +6 days? Just to trying to take as much pressure of the servers as possible.

You don't like it the semi yearly Ubuntu server crashes?

That is a good idea, hopefully and admin will turn that blue banner into a notice for the release and torrent link.

    It's not a crash... it's a feature!

Yes, utilize Bittorrent as much as possible. Or else the servers get all clogged up and time out.
Connection time out during an upgrade = not good

It doesn't start doing anything until it is fully downloaded, so if it times out, try again later.

10h ago the last posting in here?

Use bittorrent as much as possible to also show, that it's not only being used for "illegal" activities
