tirant 5 Cups of Ubuntu Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Barcelona, Spain Beans: 17 Dapper Drake Testing/	Kernel hangs on IBM Thinkpad T23 i have tried with the recent released 5.10 version and the previous RC. The first reboot after the initial installation, the computer hangs when it show "Uncompressing Linux Ok, booting the Kernel" It used to work with version 4.10. My laptop is an IBM thinkpad T23. 1Ghz P3, 640 MB RAM, 20GB HD. Last edited by tirant; October 18th, 2005 at 11:43 AM..
