can anyone give me some step be step instructions on how to install downloaded programs. im very very new to ubuntu and cant get passed this hurdle.im trying to download the flash player update so that i can use you tube. i can download succesfully but cannot find a way to open and install ! i just keep getting a set of codes in notepad ! many thanks carling
