Glad to hear that things are going well. I'm seriously looking forward for this because it seems like a wonderful game.

good thoughts but you cant use the real face or team logo or even the name for the club...without all those it could never be a A+ game
Totally shifted to ubuntu. Making my girl friend to do the same.

This is so sad and so true... And according the law, the real team and players names cant be embed in the game, unless we had FIFA copyright writed permissions. BUT you can write the word "Ronaldo" where you want to, and replace that external and editable files with the real names files, since you download then from someone (somewhere) else, since no one will have profit with it. Of course, you will have to download 2 separate files (game and data) but... I guess you got the idea? ...But the same doesnt apply to the teams logos

EDIT: I also agree with Mike: "spoof/joke names sounds more fun", anyway will be ready for all tastes.

Also, there no reason why we couldn't have spoof/joke names, that sounds more fun to me anyway

First preview of the game added to the first post. (Real 3D objects, developed using 3D Studio Max 2009 and Blender 2.45) Hope you like.

It looks great and good to have Pierluigi Collina as the referee

But I think it would be better if the camera could be rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise to have a horizontal view of the field, not vertical.

    Keep up the good work.

Re: isoccer - Soccer Game for Ubuntu Linux [ Developement Started ]

i've download the game from the link that was posted (from google).
and installed, but it seems that there's a problem with graphics, the playerrs are all blue or red and one color and not like a human, and the pictch is green or blue?is this the test package?
by the way, from the screenshots, it looks like it's better then any other soccer game even FIFA
