The matter was discussed with RAV TUX in private by multiple members of the Forum Council. It was discussed by email, with copies distributed to all council members. The decision was not taken lightly, but only after a very long, protracted time of discussion and consideration.
The matter is closed, unless RAV TUX desires to follow the known and very clear procedure laid out before him for an appeal. The next step is to put the matter on a Forum Council irc meeting agenda and come to state his case in public.
Posting on a private site and expecting a response is an inappropriate attempt to change the rules and policy for personal benefit and will not be responded to.
