Try to search those dependencies by Synaptic ( remember to install also -dev packages )

if i click top right icon(shutdown)
it only show "Switch user', "cancel", "log out"
to shutdown, i have to choose from menu

Yeah, I'm having the same issues. Hopefully a fix will be found.
I think it's the same for everyone, but what's interresting is that when I push the power button on my pc, the usual exit menu appears, so it's still somewhere...

Seriously, I have no clue what's wrong. I've tried adding ubuntu patches but it still doesn't look like just after ubuntu installation.
