The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind; sound issue; can't find speach at all

Everytime I walk near some one; it gives me the error that it can't find the speach MP3...

how can I fix this?

I do not get such an error. The only problems I have are I get no inventory portrait, and the music crashes. Perhaps use a newer wine, or reinstall Morrowind.

I also have the no portrait thing, and I'm using the newest ver. of wine in the repos

The errors I have are all in the Wine DB. I would not know how to fix the voices though. I never had that problem.

OK, I removed everything about morrowind, reinstalled; and it works fine now.

I still don't have portrait though; and the music crashed during the character creation part; but after restarting the game the music is fixed.

Good I am glad. I do not think the portraits will work until a later wine. The music almost never works for me though. Otherwise enjoy.

Thats a shame! The music is one of the best parts of that game!!!
