    Program for Ubuntu?

Just wondering if there a program for Ubuntu that does like what Xara Webstyle 4 does??
I did a bit of a search around but couldn't find anything...

I'm mainly after something that lets me make buttons with the minimum of effort - I was looking at NVU with a lot of interest, but alas it doesn't seem to have any templates I could use, and doing a search on the net yielded up no results either...
