Beyondcompare not able to connect to ftp server
Hi Folks,
Hoping someone can help. I'm new to wine and appreciate the program. I read @ http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManage...ation&iId=1465 that BeyondCompare should work great under wine, but it seems to not be able to connect to any ftp server. The error I get is "folder not available", when it is trying to connect to a remote server. Can anyone help me? I would love for this little app to run. It saves me a lot of work. Thanx

You may be interested to know that beyond compare 3 has been released for Linux. You can download the debian package from their beta site.

You use Beyond Compare too? I cannot connect to FTP with it either, it's my favorite FTP program, Beyond Compare 2 not 3. BC3 is too confusing for me.
