There are sections for it.

For development, there is the Development and Programming section. For multmedia, art, servers, and installations, games, Virtualization, Wine, Assistive Technology and Accessibility Discussions there are forums.

For everything else, there is General Help.

Btw, why is my Beans: 24 froze ? The number is not going up..
