    No CD in VMware

    Hi Group,

I've got vmware running on my ubuntu gutsy. Unfortunately the guest OS does not see my CD-drive. VMware is set to autodetect the drive. How can I get this working?

    Thanks,
    Stephan

    Re: No CD in VMware

One time I had this issue and all I did was enter CTRL-C and it started the drive.

That's all I can think of at the present moment.

I didn't know the CD was a USB drive... shame on me. <smile>
