As per discussion at our Frederick meeting, many people would like us to push IRC meetings back an hour, limit them to an hour, and make reminder announcements in the mailing list. As such, IRC meetings are now 8-9PM on the first Wednesday of each month in #ubuntu-us-md on irc.freenode.net.
