Installing the fantastic AliXe to my hdd?

I have discovered AliXe and I NEED to put this on the old computers at work. This is the fastest xfce distro I have ever tried. Multimedia of all kinds was working out of the box as well, not as much of an issue for me though. Anyway, there seems to be NO dox on how to install this to your hdd. Can any one of you that is more advanced than me at these types of things help me out? I have no exp putting a distro on an hdd and installing grub manually and editing fstab ect...

This is where I get noobified! I have no idea where to start (again)
