as above really, this is great news; for me any native linux client runs far better than it's windows counterpart.

Great news. I'll be definately buying quake 4, maybe ss2 too cos i tried the demo, and it was pretty cool, gameplay and gfx wise.
WOW thats cool! I hope many companies will make native linux clients in the future.
I rarely touch a game these days, unless it's Sim City 3000 or a great release like Doom3. However, I'll definitely go out and buy these 2 when they're released. I just wish the game manufacturers had a reliable gauge to base their linux sales on, instead of just projections based off linux binary downloads...

Wow Serious Sam 2, that is definitivly some good news.
Common sense is assumptions ugly cousin.
Running ASUS A7N8X Deluxe/Athelon 2200+XP/1GB RAM(dual channel)
GeForce FX 5200(128 MB)/SoundBlaster Live!
this is awesome news, I'll be paying for both just to show support for the developers who're willing to support us!
Awsome
Serious Sam rocks.
Great news!
I've already played Serious Sam 2 in windows. I was pleasantly surprised to have it running on an athlon 1600+ xp and an ATI 9600 pro. It even runs on cards that have no DX9 support at all. If they actually release a linux client I'm definately buying it.
w0000t quake 4
