    Slax

I am trying to install slax onto my friends older computer but I can find the install routine in the live cd. After checking their site it said that it was supposed look in the /home folder, but theres nothing there. Can i install from the command line?

I'm pretty sure slax isn't designed to be hard drive installed... I'd try vector linux or zenwalk.
100 buckets of bits on the bus,
    100 buckets of bits,
Take one down, short it to ground,
FF buckets of bits on the bus.

Thanks you were right. I didnt take the time to look into it further, I just knew that it was a lightweight distro. Other than zenwalk and vector. What would you guys recommend as the lightest distros to run on a 8 gig hard drive with 512 ram and i think a Pentium 2 or 3.
