Patched Wine Deb - OK to upload or does it need to be checked?

The game Football Manager 2013 requires a couple of patches applied to wine for it to work properly. The thing is, this isn't the sort of thing a totally novice linux user is going to be able to/want to do... It's pretty time consuming at any rate, with everyone having to compile their own copy

So I decided I'd upload the deb file I patched myself. Does it need to be checked out by someone (and be cleared of having anything nasty) before it can be linked to on the wine app db site or is it OK to go ahead and do it anyway?
