What is less CPU cycling : Qemu or Vmware or Virtualbox?

Avoiding wine solutions and possible crashes, you are too looking forward to use Microsoft word or Photoshop adobe. Since there is no equivalent, in terms of compatibilty of files, you must and cannot avoid using MS windows world.

Qemu,
Vmware,
and Virtualbox are usual solutions, but what about the CPU cycling. CPU will be in anycases heavy cycling your CPU, and we do really care about that in our environmental policies today, with green having more power, for environmetal friendly applications.

What would be the most suited solution?

Playonlinux runs ms office 2007 flawlessly.

i don't know about CPU intensity. however i just tried both virtual box and vm ware player. mostly for itunes.

virtual box keeped crashing when i plugged in my ipod. both in win 7 and xp.
vm ware works with the ipod and integrates better with my monitors. so i stick to vm ware.
small issue with vm ware: i couldn't get the share working. workaround: samba.

There are too many variables to give an A, B, or C answer for this.

Dual boot if you still want Microsoft and Adobe. It's okay.

Without system spec's it's hard to say what's best for your computer.
