Red face Feb. 2008 - show off your desktop

ok, I figure considering the last of this kind of thread was made in the Summer of last year, I'm pretty sure most of us changed our desktop.

    App Theme: PolyCarbonate One
Metacity Theme: I believe its Aluminum Alloy
Icon Theme: The Mist theme that comes with GNOME

Yeah, nothing special, but I like it, not to fancy nor not too simple.

The Black & White icon theme is simply stunning... I use it on my system, along with AWN Curves.

This is my laptop's Xubuntu Desktop. Nothing fancy.

Did you post a screen shot Koji?

I know that XFCE is a minimal environment but I am not seeing anything at all.

Just completed a fresh re-install of Gutsy.... I have Drapes installed, so my background randomly changes..

    these are all great desktops
and sad thing, they are all better than mines. Ok, maybe not sad.
Koji- Nice screenshot of XFCE. I've considered switching to XFCE a couple times.

Boy. I took four great screenshots of my Ubuntu. When I compared them to a screenshot of the initial default look of Ubuntu, I stared in wonder. So. Here's the best shot I have of my Ubuntu 7.10.
