[SOLVED] wine or crossover? which one for exe file?

How can I open an exe file. Have Gutsy and need to open some exe files for school. Will Crossover do this for me?

Try wine first. It's free and it's a "sudo apt-get install wine" away.
    Your mileage may vary.
.exe files are not made to be run on linux, but if the app is fairly simple wine should be able to handle it.
