Vbox Networking

Hey,

I dual-boot Vista and Ubuntu on the same 400GB HD. I have VirtualBox installed on Ubuntu 7.10 and XP on the virtual machine. I have Internet on all three operating systems, but how can I see my files on my Ubuntu partition and my Vista partition on XP through the virtual machine? I can see my Vista files on Ubuntu, but I need to be able to access all of them on XP - I got the virtual machine for the purpose of running CS3.

In short, I have internet on my virtual windows, how can I get networking?
Same IP address is preferable...
