there's only 3 options & there limited to 19.5kb, all the rest are disabled. see pic

Only things that aren't on that list are disabled. The dashes simply indicate that there is no pixel size limit associated with that filetype. That screen has looked like that for as long as I can remember.

okay, i understand. it seems to be working right now, earlier i tried to put some attachments and it gave me the above 19.5kb error, so i cleared all my attachments thinking there were to many and it still wouldn't up load. i just attached a screen shot to test and it seems to work, so i'm going to mark this solved.
