Internet Access using VMWare

Hi Folks,
I'm running 7.10 without a hitch, and have just installed VMWare workstation, which also went without a problem, and finally I installed a guest OS, winxp - which also seems fine....

But. Even though I selected 'bridged' as the networking option, when I power on the xp guest os I can't connect to the internet using the xp guest.

What do I do now? What needs to be configured to get internet access available when the host (7.10) already has a working connection, and I just want to use it?

Scratch that - I just needed to input the proxy settings for our LAN (doh!)
