SKPE 3 UK Provider Question

I have got Huaewi USB Modem Web and Walk Contract with T-Mobile

I can make voice calls. Does anyone know if the above SKPE phone from 3 is unlock able, it looks like what I need? As I can make voice calls I am thinking of sticking the SIM card in this SKPE 3 phone if its unlock able.

I do have a Pay AsYou Go mobile and a Blackberry as well so people can always connect me if I am using the Huaewi USB Modem.

I have spent all day looking at this. It seems a shame as I am only partly using by T-Mobile Contract and would I could use my Pay as You Go phone less, just for odd incoming calls.

Seems you can put any sim card in the Skype phone, but Skype only works with a 3 sim card.

That looks OK then I really want email, web, 3g and preferably a camera so this should solve my problems. Skpe is not a big issue.
