    Holiday Loots

Did anyone here get anything computer related for the holidays? Any special Hi-tech gifts you wanted all year? Any components needed to upgrade your system?

    I'll start.

My mom, sister and brother-in-law chipped in their $30 allotment (we always limit gifts to $30, makes it easier) and bought me a 320 GB Sata drive. I'm partitioning it right now!

    I feel giddy.

My parents got me a new Samsung S730 digital camera. MUCH better than my several-years-old Olympus D-100. I love it. Now to get an SD card to use for extra storage.

    I envy you.
