YouTube - Open Source Dev's Talk About Community

I was browsing Google's inner areas, and they had this video (~1hr) featured on their site, where two dev's from Subversion (and other projects) discuss how to create a healthy Open Source project group.

The talk is actually more broad-spectrum, relating to group dynamics in general, from open source programming to just participating in a forum.

I really like the "bus" factor they talk about (how many people in your project would have to be hit by a bus for you to be totally screwed...LOL!)

Folks working in group projects (which is almost every job offered in the world) would probably get a kick out of this.

    EDIT: fixed the link

Tried to play it but it says "This video is no longer available". Shame. It sounded interesting.

Here's another community related talk I watched a few days ago: "Community Management as Open Source's Core Competency" by David Eaves. (summary)
