refresh: 60-70HZ
refresh: 71-80HZ
refresh: 81-90HZ
refresh: lower or higher
my refresh rate doesn't matter: I use an LCD

CRT 20" don't know the brand the front case has been changed. I run it at 1600*1200 85 HZ not to bad for getting it free.
