    Turkey Stuffing survey

Well with Thanksgiving coming up, I was hoping to get some input from members as to how you do your stuffing. Whatever the majority vote is will be how I do my stuffing.

    Thanks for the assistance.

+1 for Apt-Get & hope for the best.

Technically IN the turkey is stuffing.
    On the stove is dressing.

Out of the turkey. I actually got kinda confused when I saw stuffing perpared the otherway. Admittedly, this could be because my family has never cooked a full turkey, because SOME OF US ~glare~ have gotta have chicken and goose so we just prepare less turkey and some chicken and goose (grandparents raise chicken and goose on theirr farm).

    Turkeys are roasted.
    Bread is baked.

... true you can purchase "baked ham". But you may not bake it yourself.

But stuffing can be baked inside the turkey. And technically you bake a turkey as well. Roasting and baking are both dry methods of cooking but roasting is traditionally done over an open flame.

I'm not that fond of tirkey, prefer chicken&duck.

I saw something where people soak a turkey in brine before they cook it.

Just google 'turkey brine' or 'turkey stuffing'

One year I had a turkey stuffed with a duck which was stuffed with a chicken which was stuffed with stuffing. Thats lots of stuffing going on...

I should watch more food network, I'm pretty sure that I'll be putting it in the turkey and letting it cook for the duration.
