Well, team, just when I was gearing my participation back up, my came up... My mother just had a heart attack. I can't believe it. Nobody can believe it... She watched what she ate, exercised, is active, and vibrant....
Anyway, I'll be helping my Dad for a bit, so it'll be a week or so before I become more active again....
