    make a visible note for users to read release notes

    It would be useful to create some kind of forum notify text to get users to read Gutsy release notes now that the new release is out. Forums seem to fill with similar/same questions which are answered in these notes.

    I fully agree.Just reading through all said it is obvious that upgrading to 7.10 left many of us with quite a few common problems.
