I usually eat for dinner what's left from lunch so today I had to eat aubergines filled with milk cream and cheese and pieces of chicken, yummy

I figure kool = cabbage (it's kål in Danish), but what does boeren mean... stew? So cabbage stew with sausages?

Eid is the last day of Ramadan (I think). My muslim friend told me it's a bit like Christmas.

Yep, it's a turkey substitute filled with stuffing and it's absolutely delicious (some of them come with these cranberry dumplings that are also amazing).

Eid is the first day of Syawal, the month that comes after Ramadhan. It's a celebration of the end of Ramadhan, a month where Muslims emulate humility and fast. And thus unlike Christmas, a celebration of Jesus birthdate.

OT: Cheese and tuna melt panini!

For today...it'll be plain old hot dogs. But, for a twist besides mustard and ketchup, I like to add a little bit of this chili-garlic sauce:

I like it on just about everything!
