Did you install mythweather on the remote frontend?

Re: no mythweather on remote frontend

I will check at the end of the week as I am away on business, but weather does noot work on mythweb either. I did notice something odd. When I went back in to llok and change the streams I could not change, update or delete anything. The update and delete buttons are just ignored when depressed?

Re: no mythweather on remote frontend

MythWeather in MythWeb is broken, that's a known issue. (Unlikely to be fixed because the data source changed and the patch for MythWeb to make it work again has some issues IIRC).

Silly question, but: are you running Ubuntu and its MythTV packages on the remote frontend? As I said, MythWeather requires a patch and not all distributions might be shipping that one.

i believe you have nailed it. Yes, I am running ubuntu with the mythtv package for the frontend. I wanted a fully loaded OS of the frontend.
