If you click on "Edit profile" in "User CP" menu, then it would show you incomplete user profile page, without "Save" and "Cancel" buttons.
When "Edit profile" is selected from the User CP page then the page is loaded correctly.

Not when I use the User CP > Edit Profile menu. I get the full page in Firefox with "Save changes" and "Reset fields" as it should be. Are you using Firefox or some other browser?
