Would it be possible to remove only one post ?
The thread is originally for support and this post could lead to confusion and does not support the thread.

Any discussion in the mailing lists shouldn't be brought into here.

In one of the two links James posted, Matt invited me to the mailing lists to continue discussion.

Twice have I tried to post an email to the mailing list and waited one week each time.
Neither have appeared to be posted to the list.

There maybe contiuing discussion with the wiki staff or user(s) when my replies don't get posted to the lists and I don't think that should be dragged into a forum support thread.
