Canned responses

Hi all,

Maybe it's me being daft, but I cannot get the canned responses to work. The option in the Firefox extension seems to be greyed out all the time.

i can see them but when i click them i can get them to work as supposed to..

Nope still greyed out. Frustrating because I seem to be wearing out my fingers typing how to reconfigure x

Make sure that you are on a post-reply page and are signed into the tracker at ua.codechunk.net. I haven't had trouble with it myself, though kidders has said that it is a little buggy.

As a new member of the UP team, I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Is there a firefox extension that can help with super-common problems??
