[SOLVED] N game for ubuntu 7.04

I recently downloaded a game called N.

when i go into the terminal to install it it gives me an error.

the Readme says that i type

start N in console like this:

nice -n 20 ./n_v14

but it gives me this

E: command line option 'n' [from -n] is not known

I didn't ever have to run this from the command line. I just clicked the binary, and it opened with Flash 6.

Yes, i confirm.
You just need to install Flash 6 and the game will start automatically

im very new to ubuntu and im not sure how to get to the binary?

and how would i get flash 6?
would i add it through

applications-> add/remove programs??
