quadomatic Gee! These Aren't Roasted! Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Naperville, IL USA Beans: 201 Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope	Installing Half-Life 2 Episode One from DVD? I've finished installing Steam. Whenever i open Half-Life 2 Episode One setup.exe from the DVD and try to install the game, it gets this error: Could not execute the external program C:/program files/steam\Steam.exe It seems like it can't find the steam.exe... Is there any way I can get the game to install off of the DVD? __________________ E2200 @ 3ghz BSEL & 1.55vCore, 3GB DDR2 NVidia 9800GT 512MB w/Accelero S1+Turbo Module ------------------ Dell XPS M1330, 13" LCD, 4GB ram, Intel gfx accelerator Last edited by quadomatic; August 16th, 2007 at 03:37 PM..
