[SOLVED] wow crashes worse with SET gxApi "OpenGL"

my WOW crashes after the character selection screen, so i adjusted the WTF with all that the tut said i should, and it made it worse, i removed each line of code until it worked again and it was
SET gxApi "OpenGL"
After that it would not even show the login screen. I have installed the extra .DLL's that were mentioned and have the lates drivers for my cards. i do not know why it freezes on loading, but it is lagging a bit on characcter select and the logon screen

thanks, got wow working now, just installed the latest ubuntu (feisty) now runs.. well frigging awesomely to be quite honest. A very very happy user indeed...
