    Re: Question

    Ubuntu is not tomato-based.

    There is no vine.

    Not sure what you mean...
Sudo aptitude install brain common-sense reason FUDfilter patience persistence sheer-luck sense-of-adventure

Don't sudo rm -rf! Read the manual page: $ man command. Good luck!

    Re: Question

Ubuntu is alive, and kicking.Or should I say running. It is easy to install, use, has an excellent forum base, and is getting noticed by "the big boys".Just ask Michael Dell:

    Re: Question

Dying? do not confuse evolution with death. Linux is an ever-changing system, always growing and adapting. Ubuntu probably isn't the same as it was a few years ago, but is that bad?

Perhaps there's a grapevine there with some bad grapes on it somewhere...

Ubuntu and its close relations will be around in some form for quite a while. Too many people have put in too many hours following their passion for it to die quietly or for it to be a waste of time.
