Yesterday was fine since I was off. Last week was another story as I was on the rifle rage chugging water and wanting to die

    Greetings everyone,
Been using linux to varying degrees since RH 7. Currently FC3 on a desktop and Feisty on my primary lappy. Ubuntu is the most user friendly and seamless distro I've tried so far. I'm located in Gastonia.

So, I'm wondering if there is going to be a local get together of people in NC and if so where? IE what city or county?

Re: Welcome to the North Carolina LoCo forum!

I'd like to ask everyone who is interested to please get in on our mailing list at https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-us-nc and optionally also our IRC channel at #ubuntu-northcarolina on Freenode.

Once we have a good number of people on the mailing list I'd like to plan on having an online meeting to determine what we want to get out of this LoCo, what we want to put into it, and potentially have some smaller local meetings.

When you sign up for the mailing list, please post an introduction so we know you're there!
