    getting approved

    Hey all,
I was reading an article on the fridge today about getting all USA Ubuntu teams approved by the end of the year. I noticed that MA was a yellow (new team state) and was not yet approved. How does a team get approved and what are we doing to move towards that goal.

    Re: getting approved

There's information on what it takes for a LoCo team to get approved here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoGettingApproved

We've started an approval application here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Massachusett...valApplication

We need to get more active. We've started by planning regularly scheduled meetings. If you have an idea for an event we can organize or know of conferences we can represent Ubuntu at, etc, post here or send an email.
