    second life software good enough for a first experience?

    Searching for opinions

    Is the second life alpha software for linux in good enough shape that it would be worth while to try second life for the first time or is it a lesser experience for now?

    The Alpha version works well on my computer. It should do the job for you as well provided that you have an ATI or NVidia graphic card.
