Who cares? That's for the vista people. Do you use Vista as your OS all the time? I guess you use Linux and Linux is a small particle of dust floating in the air whereas Vista is a Hercules airplane with an engine malfunction.

Exactly my point. I never use Vista (never have, never will), so I can't "trust" recomended specs on a retail-box.

I want a "recommended specs"-box for Linux

since there isn't going to be a Linux boxed version, maybe the specs will be Vista's. We'll just have to deduct a couple of Mhz and Mb ^^
