Awesome ! This thread should be now a subforum of the third party projects section, Yuzem you may ask for that

But you deleted an important part of the command.

    The sort function.

    What looks like this:
    Code:
    '*.m4a' -or -iname '*.ogg' | sed -e 's/^/"/' -e 's/$/"/' | tr '\n' ' ')
    Should look like this
    Code:
    '*.m4a' -or -iname '*.ogg' | sort | sed -e 's/^/"/' -e 's/$/"/' | tr '\n' ' ')
Yes, I deleted that because it give me the impression that it wasn't making any difference and that Banshee sorted the songs in function of the list view sort configuration in the list.
Are you sure that it makes a difference?

Do you think that it will be accepted? Where should I ask?

I don't know what are the condition(s) to have a subforum in third party project , but i guess at least you must have a (good) project (which is the case for you IMO).
I think it doesn't cost much to ask, try to ask that to moderators.

    Yeah, it does...
I was confused at first as to why my songs were playing in a random order. Upon clicking the avatar, banshee would open up and place the songs in a random order (like, 9, 3, 10, 5,) and it was driving me crazy! Now that I've put "sort" back in there it works like normal!

ok i found some errors (but not how to fix them at the moment):
this one seems to raise when you have more than one cover image in a music folder (ie: front cover and back cover):

    Code:
There is no cover for _Eek-A-Mouse-15-Albums_
identify: unable to open image `/media/store/musique/reggae/_Eek-A-Mouse-15-Albums_/(1978) eek a mouse - his first (EP)/side b.jpg
/media/store/musique/reggae/_Eek-A-Mouse-15-Albums_/(1978) eek a mouse - his first (EP)/side a.jpg': Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type.
identify: unable to open image `/media/store/musique/reggae/_Eek-A-Mouse-15-Albums_/(1978) eek a mouse - his first (EP)/side b.jpg
/media/store/musique/reggae/_Eek-A-Mouse-15-Albums_/(1978) eek a mouse - his first (EP)/side a.jpg': Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type.
    /usr/local/share/avatar-factory/themes/cd: line 9: - : erreur de syntaxe : opérande attendu (error token is " ")
and i had just this line alone for an music folder with a jpg file corrumpted:
    Code:
    /usr/local/share/avatar-factory/themes/cd: line 9: - : erreur de syntaxe : opérande attendu (error token is " ")
EDIT : weird, i manage to have all my album "avatar-ed" but i used --type 0 because i wanted to open dir instead of play, this didn't work for me it said unable to open in nautilus, so i trashed all avatars and try to make them again and no errors like previous described and it play files on clic ...
btw it's a pretty tool in its early stages, that was just a feedback to try to help Keep it up

All the feedback is welcome and encouraged.
Trying to fix the problem with the music grabber I found another.
Well... here it is the new version with the problem fixed (I hope):
    Code:
    01.09.07------0.2.8
+added audio formats (m4a aac ogg) for Banshee and other players.
+fixed bug with music grabber not getting the covers in the correct order.
    	+fixed bug with --type option.
