This is the original thread. I'd put a direct link to the .xcf files, but there are multiple ones mentioned in there and I'm not sure which one you guys want.
AFAIK, the .xcf should have kubuntu and ubuntu layers, just make the appropriate layers visible/invisible and voila!

Here's a quick version I made based on the other artwork. I can send people the .xcf if anyone wants it. I can post it on my web server as well in a couple days.

    Re: Feisty Fawn Cd cover

    Hi everybody,

I am sorry for not being over here, but I have got some trouble with my internet connection for 2 months yet...
Luckily, I just installed Feisty on a computer, with a proper connection, and I am able to make the dvd covers... Here they are :

Unfortunately, I've got the .xcf file, but no server to upload it... If someone is able to host it, it is available on a temporary server for 5 days here at this link :
Edit : See on dfreer's server to download the .xcf.

    Hey,

By any chance does anyone have a cd tray card and insert too or a dvd/insert cover or one that can be altered to reflect the new version. That would be great too. What do I use to open and xcf file by the way?

    Thanks again

    The GIMP uses .xcf files

    EDIT:
Thanks french_Photon. I can host it on my webserver, it'll be up pretty much indefinitely. I can host any others as well if needed.

    gzip file:

    uncompressed .xcf file:

Ubuntu Title Font (needed to edit the text):

    Thanks dfreer !
I have the same problem with webhost on the french forums... Once I get back internet at home, I will find one !

By the way, to edit the .xcf, you need the Ubuntu title font (the one used to make the ubuntu... title ).

    Re: Feisty Fawn Cd cover

added the ubuntu-title.ttf file to the server, link is posted above in previous post.
Your welcome! Glad to help out!

EDIT: sorry guys, just upgraded the server from 500 Mhz to 2.6 Ghz, in the meantime (approx 1 day) the server was down, and then for the next approx 2 days there was some file permissions set wrong, as a result the files were unavailable. It's fixed now
