Boot problem with wubi-7.04-beta-minefield13.exe

I get this instead of a error 17 as with earlier minefields (I have defragmented the drive now though):

As explained, http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php...29&postcount=9 , we cannot do much for error 17, that depends mostly on a separate project.
