Wrong language at login screen

Hi,
I cannot change the language of the login screen. I can type only Greek there so I cannot enter since my username consists of latin characters. I have tried to change the language from the Options but it does not help.

Ye it happened to me to (just with Hebrew not greek) i would love to get a solution for this problem.

Well I am new to (Ubuntu) Linux and I was thinking that this would be an easy problem to be solved. But as someone said, Ubuntu is testing the users for its bugs. Debian is the solution.

The default shortcut to switch layouts is Alt-Shift. Does that work for you?
