Outside of computing I am studying Physics, and eventually hope to be a mechanical engineer. I am also on my university's Ultimate Frisbee team, and until very recently was a member of the Track and Field team as well. In any other free time I have I am an avid biker (some road, mainly mountain/freeride) and snowboarder.

Some personal information: I am married to a wonderful wife and have two children (a son, currently 15, and a daughter, currently 12). Fully faced with the "joys" of puberty!
Hobbies: Hmmm ... our house is an old farm house (originally built in 1900), therefor plenty to do. Furthermore we have horses, dogs, cats, mini pigs, goats and geese. So guess where my spare time goes
Besides this forum I do also participate in some other forums (some of the members/mods will know me from those), but I find it a bit inappropriate to mention them here

An additional note: I was invited by Bodhi.Zazen (10x for the offer) and have indicated that due to my busy job I am probably not able to be "present" as frequent as other members. But I will be popping in as often as I can to help out beginners where and whenever I can. Hope you'll understand. Something I do because I want to give back what I received when I joined the community.
