Distrowatch Down?

I have not been able to reach http://distrowatch.com since 4/2/13. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Thanks. On 4/2/13 I posted a comment on distrowatch, and it appeared multiple times, then disappeared. Is it possible that I am being blocked by distrowatch? If so, any suggestions as to what I might do to be able view the site again?

Using the Hide My Ass extension in Chromium allowed me to access distrowatch. I assume they did block me.
